Sergio Esquivel-Aguilar, 19, has been arrested and charged with felony counts including forcible rape and second degree robbery. The victim and Esquivel-Aguilar agreed on a $120 fee for sex, but during the encounter, he allegedly choked her, broke her nails, and threatened her with a gun. After forcing her to hand over her cellphone, he released her. The victim used her phone's tracking feature, which led police to Esquivel-Aguilar's vehicle in a Safeway parking lot. He is currently held in jail with a $400,000 bail.

After agreeing on a price for sex, Esquivel-Aguilar allegedly choked the woman, broke her acrylic nails, and pointed a gun to her head.
The victim tracked her cellphone after the June 29 assault, leading police to Esquivel-Aguilar's car in the Safeway parking lot.
Esquivel-Aguilar is being held at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin with bail set at $400,000 and is scheduled to enter a plea on July 15.
