Coventry City have been given a suspended points deduction after three Championship games had to be postponed because of the state of their pitch.The problems resulted from the pitch being used for rugby sevens matches during the 2022 Commonwealth Games.The Sky Blues accepted they had breached English Football League ground maintenance regulations.
