Parke Ulrich of Waterbar and Epic Steak in SF is set to be the chef for the new San Jose restaurant at 50 West, offering lunch, happy hour, and dinner, in both indoor and outdoor settings.
KQED left the 50 West tower to cut expenses amid revenue declines. Chef Ulrich is collaborating with Jay Paul Co. to bring a high-quality dining experience to downtown San Jose.
