The shooting was reported around 4:50 p.m. on Feb. 11 in the area of Lotus Street and Appian Lane, San Jose. Officers later identified the suspects and made the arrests.
Hernandez said a loaded 3D-printed handgun was found during a search of the younger suspect's home.
