San Jose police are investigating Councilmember Omar Torres for suspicion of possessing child sexual abuse material and involving minors, marking a serious concern for the community.

I’ve known Omar for 10 years. I never saw him do anything inappropriate or criminal related. There is due process and everybody is innocent until proven guilty.
