According to Zoom's research, 84% of employees reported they accomplish more work in hybrid settings compared to traditional office environments, highlighting a significant preference among workers.

Younger employees showed a strong inclination towards hybrid working, with 93% stating they were more productive, while 80% of those aged 55 and over agreed.

Even amidst concerns over connection in remote settings, 82% of hybrid workers felt connected to their managers, indicating that hybrid systems may not hinder workplace relationships.
