According to a survey of 1,000 office workers, 43% were willing to give their companies access to work-related instant messages and emails.
Granger highlighted that passive listening, enabled by AI, allows executives to identify employee issues more effectively than traditional surveys can.
While employees are okay with monitoring at work, they draw a line at companies attempting to access personal activities outside the workplace.
