The survey indicates that 41% of full-time UK workers have five or more days of unused leave annually, leading to £6.6 billion worth of untaken holiday.
Over half of UK workers (51%) feel guilty when taking a break, with many working extra time before or after holidays to make up for their absence.
Despite having the option to sell unused holidays, employees still struggle to fully disconnect from work, which impacts their well-being.
