Jassy acknowledged the challenges of returning to the office for some employees, saying, 'We understand that some of our teammates may have set up their personal lives in such a way that returning to the office consistently five days per week will require some adjustments.'
Highlighting the need to address bureaucracy, Jassy stated, 'Keeping your culture strong is not a birthright... You have to work at it all the time.'
To streamline operations, Jassy's directive includes a 15% increase in the ratio of individual contributors to managers by March 2025, along with a bureaucracy tipline for employees.
