Colt Gray, the 14-year-old charged in the Apalachee high school shooting, was present at court shackled and faced four felony murder counts after the tragic incident.
Judge Currie Mingledorff advised the teen that he could not face the death penalty due to his age, but could receive life imprisonment without parole if convicted.
