The design by Studio Libeskind, in collaboration with La Compagnie de Phalsbourg, aims to reshape the Léon Blum district of Issy-les-Moulineaux through a flagship mixed-use building. Encompassing over 20,000 m², the project will integrate office spaces, housing (including social housing), a hotel, retail outlets, and a sports hall. Furthermore, its design emphasizes sustainability by utilizing bio-sourced materials and includes a green wall. This initiative is part of the city's long-term urban development strategy, particularly linked to the upcoming Line 15 station of the Grand Paris Express, enhancing connectivity and sustainable living for residents.
The project is a large-scale mixed-use building designed to improve urban experience and promote sustainable living in the Léon Blum district as part of a transformative urban strategy.
Studio Libeskind's design is significant not just for its aesthetics but also for its commitment to incorporating environmentally friendly materials and social housing within the mixed-use development.
