Google is simplifying enhanced conversions by merging enhanced conversions for web and leads into one unified setting. Advertisers will no longer need to select a specific implementation method. In April 2026, Google will accept user-provided data from both website tags and API simultaneously. By June 2026, the enhanced conversions will fully integrate into a single feature, allowing for an on/off switch without method selection. Current accounts will continue to operate as usual, with an option to opt out at the conversion level.
