The tax-fraud trial of Donald J. Trump's family business is scheduled to resume in State Supreme Court in Manhattan on Thursday after not having met since Nov. 1 because of an outbreak of Covid-19.The Manhattan district attorney's office last year accused two Trump Organization entities the Trump Corporation and the Trump Payroll Corp. of a scheme that began in 2005 that involved doling out tax-free perks to top executives, including rent-free apartments and leased luxury vehicles.
