A Vermont man was arrested and charged with murder in the death of an 82-year-old woman, Roberta Martin, found near her house.
Darren Martell, the suspect, was initially arrested for lewd conduct and later for aggravated murder, alleging sexual assault and attempted burning of the victim's remains.
