A lone gunman opened fire at the West Indian Day Parade in Brooklyn, hitting a 25-year-old man in the abdomen, who later died from his injuries.
Police reported that the attack occurred on the afternoon parade route, striking him and four others resulting in a 16-year-old boy being shot in the left arm.

Despite the chaos, the other four victims are reported to be in stable condition at Kings County Hospital.
