San Jose police arrested 20-year-old Pablo Davila-Martinez, suspected of murder in a May 29, 2023 shooting that resulted in one death and one injury.
The authorities booked Davila-Martinez into the Santa Clara County Jail after he was identified as the suspect in the fatal shooting that occurred in the Willow and Lelong Streets area.
While police have confirmed a woman was wounded and survived the shooting, they have not disclosed any information regarding the motive behind the incident.
The investigation into the shooting caused significant disruption in the area, leading to the closure of one lane of state Highway 87 for approximately 10 hours.
