A triple stabbing occurred on July 5 in South Jamaica, resulting in one death and two serious injuries. The incident took place at approximately 1:50 a.m. near Sutphin Boulevard and 112th Avenue. Police discovered three victims: a 24-year-old man with abdominal wounds and two 25-year-old men, one stabbed in the chest and the other in the torso. The chest victim died at Jamaica Hospital shortly after arrival, while the others are stable. Currently, no arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
Police reported that the stabbing incident occurred around 1:50 a.m. on July 5, near Sutphin Boulevard and 112th Avenue. Three victims were found with serious injuries.
EMS transported the victims to Jamaica Hospital, where one 25-year-old man succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. His identity has not been disclosed yet.
The investigation revealed that a 24-year-old man had been slashed in the abdomen, while another 25-year-old man suffered a stab wound to the left side of his torso.
