On August 24, 52-year-old Robert D. Seeger was shot by Portland police during an incident where he was allegedly acting erratically and carrying weapons.
Following his release from the hospital, Seeger was transferred to the Multnomah County Detention Center, where he now faces multiple criminal charges.
The charges against Seeger include three counts of unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, and burglary among others.
According to the Portland Police Bureau, Seeger's erratic behavior on the day of the incident led to his confrontation with the police.
