A 30-year-old woman has been charged with failing to provide the necessaries of life after her four-month-old baby was reported missing and later found dead.
Officers arrived at the scene in an apartment building and were able to find the baby, performing lifesaving measures before he was rushed to hospital.
The boy's father first reported the child missing around 11:25 a.m. on Wednesday, prompting police to investigate the eighth floor of the building.
The investigation appeared to be centred on the eighth floor, with officers guarding the building's garbage chute as they searched the garbage room.
