Mohamed Abdisamad underwent a non-therapeutic male circumcision on 12 February 2023, performed by a circumciser who had been recommended to his parents and requested by them to perform the procedure on their son, according to the West London Coroner's report. The boy began showing symptoms of illness three to four days after the procedure and was taken to Hillingdon Hospital by ambulance on 19 February 2023.

A 15-month-old baby boy who died under unclear circumstances was found in a bathroom alongside his mother, who had slit her wrists in an apparent suicide attempt inside their Queens home on Monday, cops said. HOLLISTER An investigation is underway into the unexpected death of a 9-month-old infant in Hollister, police said. The Hollister Police Department said it received an emergency call around 7:50 a.m. Thursday, reporting an unresponsive infant with no pulse and no signs of breathing. Officers arrived at the undisclosed address to find the infant unconscious, not breathing and without a pulse, police said. The infant was taken to an area hospital, where they were pronounced dead, police said.

She said, 'No, this dog don't bite.' I said, 'All dogs bite. That dog needs to be on a leash.'

"I am finished with my testimony... jurors could draw inferences from my decision to cut short my evidence."

During the trial at Old Bailey, Constance Marten chose to stop her cross-examination by prosecutor Joel Smith, who faced backlash over his questioning approach.

Jurors at the Old Bailey were informed that Mark Gordon will represent himself in his retrial over the neglect leading to the death of his infant daughter.
