A man was found dead at the scene with trauma to the chest and neck after an argument escalated into a stabbing on the Upper East Side.
Police were alerted to an assault at 232 East 95th St. where one man was dead and another, a 27-year-old, was hospitalized with serious injuries.
According to police, two knives were recovered, but it remains unclear who instigated the violent confrontation that led to the fatal incident.
The investigation is ongoing, and the Office of Chief Medical Examiner has not yet determined the victim's cause of death.
