Durham police have charged a 44-year-old man with second-degree murder following a shooting that resulted in the death of 29-year-old Dennis Binda in Oshawa.
The police responded swiftly to multiple reports of an armed individual at 1040 Cedar St., discovering the victim shot inside the apartment, later pronounced dead.
Days prior to the arrest, an arrest warrant had been issued for the suspect, leading to his eventual capture in Whitby for a bail hearing.
