SarataFlowers.com, a flower delivery service claiming to operate in Long Island, has shut down amid thousands of customer complaints regarding canceled orders and unresolved refunds. Customers reported incidents of orders being frequently canceled and refunds not being processed, despite prior assurances. In three years, the Better Business Bureau received 2,286 complaints, leading to the company's 'F' rating. The website has since been closed, and some refunds, including one for a birthday bouquet, have finally been issued, but many consumers remain frustrated.

If somebody looks online, they would see that consumers have experienced delays and cancellations on their orders over and over again.
SarataFlowers.com is listed as having an address in Suffolk County, but the building's owner told CBS they'd never heard of the company.
