A 24-year-old man was arrested for allegedly trying to kidnap a student at Sequoia High School. He claimed to have a gun, causing a lockdown, but was found with an umbrella.
The man resisted arrest, used less-lethal force was applied. He caused property damage and theft before being taken into custody.
