The victim, in his 50s and a well-known local music promoter, was described as Armenian and a devoted father of two young children. Eyewitnesses speculated that the shooting appeared to be premeditated, stating that the shooter, who was on a motorcycle, seemed to be waiting specifically for the victim's arrival.
Sgt. Vahe Abramyan mentioned that investigators had not yet identified any potential motive for the attack. As the investigation continues, the police are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact their department, highlighting that there remains a significant gap in identifying the shooter.
