Yerbin Benjamin Lozada Munoz, a suspected member of Venezuela's Tren De Aragua gang, was arrested in the Bronx along with a crew of gun-toting migrant squatters. He is now in custody of federal immigration authorities in the US.
Lozada first entered the US through Eagle Pass, Texas, in October 2022, and was released into the country due to overcrowding. Following his recent arrest in the Bronx, he will face removal proceedings.
