The gunman in a white Honda opened fire at a group in Harlem, fatally shooting a 37-year-old man in broad daylight.
The victim struggled to stand after being shot, eventually collapsing and dying at Mount Sinai Morningside.
The shooter crashed his car, stole a Citi Bike, and fled towards the Bronx, while no arrests were made yet.
