Richard Thomas Martinez, 48, was arrested on suspicion of killing his roommate Bradley Minder, 31, after a dispute, and allegedly buried the body in their backyard.
Police reports indicate that at least three individuals resided in the home where the incident occurred, with officers being alerted after Minder's family reported his absence.
Detectives discovered the body after responding to evidence of disturbed dirt in the backyard, confirmed by the alerts from cadaver dogs. They later confirmed that the remains belonged to Minder.
