An Open-Plan Office in Warsaw Is a Hub Filled With Vibrant Color
Briefly

Fresha, a scheduling software developer for beauty salons, aimed for an innovative and dynamic office design in Warsaw. The architects, SAAN Architekci, prioritized vibrancy by incorporating Fresha's signature violet and other bright hues throughout the 5,920-square-foot space. The design features exposed ceilings and clear glass partitions for spaciousness, while varied zones support individual work and collaboration. Brightly colored conference rooms encourage creativity, and the kitchen fosters socialization. Overall, the design showcases a balance of aesthetics, functionality, and energizing environments for employees.
"We saw these colors and knew they would add energy, so we decided to use them in the office," says Iga Sawicka, co-founder of SAAN Architekci and project lead.
Transparent glass partitions amplify the tones in a prismatic effect. These dividers also maintain a sense of spaciousness while ensuring just enough separation between each department.
A lounge area, dubbed the playroom, has a panoramic view of the city, the perfect place for staff members to recharge.
At the heart of the space is the kitchen, which encourages employees to gather for meals or events. A large wooden island sits in the center.
