Tiefes Haus / HGA Henning Grahn Architektur + Marc Flick - Architekt BDA
Briefly

The elongated residential building elegantly integrates existing walls and split levels, creating varied spatial impressions and a unique identity amidst its villa surroundings.
The interior layout features a two-story gallery that connects functional areas, with large glazing allowing natural light to flood the foyer and living spaces while offering beautiful views.
By orienting large glass surfaces northwards, the design efficiently prevents overheating, while contrasting materials like oak and polished terrazzo enhance the warmth of the interior.
The structure introduces a continuous roof that not only visually links the children’s and sleeping areas but also clearly defines these zones within the upper floor.
