Paysandu Residences / bakro-mayorano
Briefly

The project showcases two mirrored houses that reflect a thoughtful design accommodating the transition between the street and private spaces with layered architectural elements.
The homes feature a sequence of alternating elements such as fences, flower beds, and windows, creating a varied depth in the facade that enhances visual interest.
Inside, the design fosters privacy through spatial organization, with ample double-height areas and a terrace that allows natural light to permeate the living spaces.
The use of exposed concrete and patterns throughout emphasizes the materiality and aesthetic cohesion of the architecture, supporting both functionality and visual appeal.
