DREAL House / Emergentes Architectures Sarl
Briefly

The design proposal evolved around three primary conditions: internal condominium regulations, the required program, and the capacity of the local workforce, ensuring feasibility and compliance.
The house maximizes Pacific views with interior rooms oriented to the west, while utilizing five rectangular trapezoids to create an efficient architectural layout.
A significant feature of this design is its load-bearing structure, composed of reinforced concrete pillars, which serves as the home's spatial organizer while ensuring continuity of space.
An upper terrace enhances outdoor living, providing a sheltered area for activities while the continuous outdoor path integrates the house with its surrounding landscape.
