The former home of Papaya King is going to host a 17-story tower, but it's not going to be devoted to tubular meat; instead, it will be a luxury residential building with only 25 apartments, according to newly filed plans.
Representatives repeatedly told reporters about the imminent return of Papaya King at a different location; however, the doors are still closed, and the new luxury residential development seems to mark the end of Papaya King's era at its original spot.
