Naomi Pomeroy's Final Project, L'Echelle, Opens As a Pop-Up
Briefly

A month after Naomi Pomeroy's unexpected death, restaurateur Luke Dirks plans a pop-up project that was meant to celebrate Pomeroy's return to full-service dining.
We all gave ourselves permission to have two weeks of not even thinking about anything business related. Then they gathered together to discuss what we could do.
The outdoor iteration of L'Échelle will keep things casual-no reservations, open seating, and a small menu of food and wine, opening today, August 15.
The permanent menu will be a mix of bistro classics and updated versions of familiar French dishes, under the same team developing L'Échelle.
