"It was defeating for him," his wife adds, emphasizing the emotional toll the pandemic took on Walia and their commitment to reviving the restaurant.
The couple's desire to revive Rasa emerged after seeing other upscale Indian restaurants thrive, like Palo Alto's Ettan and Rooh, inspiring them to bring back their restaurant.
