Da Nang Villa / AD9 Architects
Briefly

The house represents a new beginning, fostering family bonds between a couple and their children through thoughtfully designed spaces that promote interaction and connection.
The project emphasizes the importance of buffers and transitional areas that not only reduce heat but also serve as green spaces to enhance human-nature communication and family interaction.
With neat lines and an emphasis on spatial volumes, the design achieves privacy while remaining open and adaptable to maximize the contextual advantages of the environment.
The integration of a flexible wooden sunshade system alongside diverse greenery enhances the daily activity flow and establishes harmony with the surrounding landscape.
