"I just needed to make a business decision and relaunch," said Kalb. "I can't have an ego anymore - it would just be damaging for everybody. People were asking for Ospi, and that's been going great."
"For a restaurant with the Italian word for sea and a menu riddled with grilled fish, fresh oysters, crudo... it just didn't make sense for Kalb to continue with a concept that wasn't resonating with the neighborhood."
