Now, she's opened the Mediterranean-inspired Nina, named after her oldest daughter.
Castellani says that she was inspired for her latest venture because she felt that there was a need to fill. âThe neighborhood has changed so much, but what hasn't changed is the need for more real neighborhood places to eat,â she said.
