Owner Ken McNulty highlights the growth of online sales from 5% to 90% since he took over in 2003, attributing much of this success to Google's marketing tools. Despite the potential for increased sales, McNulty remains cautious as the post-holiday period typically sees slow online sales.
When McNulty took over the business in 2003, he said online sales only represented about 5 percent of their business. Today, he sells around 90 percent of his cheese online.
McNulty sees AI-powered tools as the next progression for growing his small business. He said Gemini can quickly generate website descriptions and marketing content.
