I think sleep, diet, and exercise are the keys for me. I’m usually doing pretty well on two out of the three, which seems to keep me in good shape stress-wise.
I aim for five days a week and alternate between a HIIT routine at Barry's Bootcamp… and a 30-minute run around our neighborhood on my recovery days.
