From opening restaurants myself and understanding the hard work that goes into it, I'm endlessly in awe of those who continue to push the boundaries by bringing new love to the restaurant and dining scene. It feels like an excellent opportunity to celebrate that bravery and creativity," she told us.
"Good food is something I love to champion, especially at a time when the hospitality industry is so tough! I'd like to see how the winner sets themselves apart from the crowd, while embodying courage to do things differently and go against the grain," he said.
