Rooney: Pickens talented, but has 'room to grow'
Briefly

Pittsburgh Steelers owner Art Rooney II discussed wide receiver George Pickens' talent and potential for growth during an end-of-season conference. Even with a productive season, including 900 yards and multiple highlight catches, Pickens faced challenges both on and off the field, raising concerns about his conduct. Despite these issues, Rooney and coach Mike Tomlin believe there is significant opportunity for Pickens to improve. They aim to support his development as he enters a crucial phase of his career. The organization hopes to harness his skills to drive team success moving forward.
George is a very talented player who has room to grow ... he'd like to see him grow and hopefully he realizes the potential that he has.
