Emmarae Gervasi, a 14-year-old girl from East Patchogue, vanished without a trace after leaving her home to retrieve something from the family truck, leaving her family desperate for answers.
Surveillance footage captured a dark blue Honda at the time of her disappearance. Despite the video evidence, it is unclear whether she entered the vehicle willingly.
Her father, Frank Gervasi, publicly shared his anguish on Facebook, stating, 'My nightmare is still real... I need to find my daughter.' He has since offered a $15,000 reward for her safe return.
Detectives from the Suffolk County Police Department are currently investigating the case. Emmarae was navigating trauma and engaging in therapeutic activities as recent as her disappearance.
