"The air will be bitterly cold. What's going to catch people's attention is the duration," Braud said - adding the city has suffered through icy mornings for roughly two weeks.
"The storm is just now forming in the Midwest and as it takes shape we can predict more," Braud said Friday. "The snow is not a slam dunk yet."
