Craig Daley, a corrections officer from Edgartown, was arrested and faces domestic assault and rape charges stemming from an incident in September.
A spokesperson for the Dukes County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Daley was placed on leave, stating, 'Our employee Craig Daley has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.'
Daley, who has worked with the Dukes County Sheriff’s Office since 2016, pleaded not guilty to all charges on Monday.
