Fitness is the foundation. Everything has to revolve around how I feel and how good it is to train," Ramsay said, highlighting the importance of fitness in his life.
Without fitness, you have no longevity. I have no interest in retiring. I work smarter, not harder," Ramsay emphasizes on the importance of maintaining health for a long-term career.
Ramsay is an avid endurance athlete, and while running, swimming, and cycling are key, he can't live without push-ups. "There is so much to get from a simple-press up," he stated.
Ramsay recommends doing a quick set of 25 push-ups each day. "If you're new to the movement, work your way up to full push-ups or bigger sets," he advises.
