Housing Near the Lighthouse / Joaquim Sellas
Briefly

The project seeks to resolve a corner that acts as a hinge between the narrow, earthy-colored streets of the old town and the port atmosphere of the lighthouse neighborhood.
The functional program consists of parking on the ground floor and five apartments, distributed in a manner to maximize interaction with its surroundings.
The project emerges from a dialogue with its constraints, reflecting the inherent reality of the place rather than a preconceived idea.
There is a conscious effort to integrate traditional architecture with modern forms, capturing the essence of both village life and the expansive sea.
