Donegal locals pay tribute to man who died when tree fell and hit car during Storm Eowyn

A severe storm hit Donegal, Ireland, causing extreme damage and the tragic death of 20-year-old Kacper Dudek who was struck by a falling tree. The storm generated record wind gusts of up to 183 km/h, leaving hundreds of thousands without power or water.
