Walking past a gym probably isn't most people's desired way to enter a restaurant. But for Cornus, the shame-inducing entrance is worth it.
Cornus opened in August by David O'Connor and Jo Mercer Nairne, best known for the fan-favorite Medlar in nearby Chelsea, bringing a fresh perspective on French dining.
O'Connor shared, "We have been finessing the Cornus offering for a number of years and we are incredibly excited to finally bring this to fruition."
Cornus is posh yet welcoming, with the team in smart clothes and a sense of fun, creating an inviting atmosphere without the typical West London stuffiness.
