Cafe Isabella - Review - Nob Hill - San Francisco - The Infatuation
Briefly

Every morning-especially on Sundays after tequila-soaked nights-Nob Hill dwellers climb down from their Victorians to revive themselves with a breakfast burrito from Cafe Isabella.
The Mexican breakfast spot's version is saucy and generously stuffed. Get the Best Friends, a tightly wrapped and griddled burrito with well-seasoned carnitas, eggs, cheese, and all the usual fixings.
And be sure to drip their house hot sauce on every bite (just note it's $1 extra). There are also bagel and croissant breakfast sandwiches, tamales, and espresso drinks to round things out.
The handheld meals hold up well to go, but there are also a few tables on the sidewalk if you need to inhale the goods ASAP.
